Engineer arrived on time for a emergency plumbing call out to repair my leaking boiler. Job was completed on time and to the agreed price.

Rang at 4.30pm on a Saturday. Paid around £190 to fix a tap that would not turn off. Not cheap. Was guaranteed a visit plus 1 hour of labour within 2-4 hours. Now 10.00pm and company is uncontactable on any of their phone lines despite advertising 24 hour service. If they do turn up I will update this review but no stars so far
